We traveled to Petit Goave, Haiti on August 2nd through August 9th, 2015. We saw over 400 people!
We all remember the earthquake back in January 2010 and how many lives were lost. The country was already lacking in so many areas and to get hit with a magnitude 7.0 earthquake had devastating effects.
Even four years later the effects of the earthquake are very apparent. There are boulders and debris all over the roads, crumbled buildings, and of course poor and homeless people.
We took a team of 4 to Petit Goave, and did what we could to help those in need. Our mission was a success and we plan to revisit the country within a years time to continue with our mission.
